She has over 10 years’ experience working in the  lifelong learning sector in government policy for post-16  education, workforce development and training. In the last  five years she has developed a special interest in the use of  technology for learning and in particular the power of social  media for learning and development. She has experience of  introducing social media to large organisations and the  importance of developing policy alongside practice to facilitate  its adoption. She is a popular speaker and trainer and has  provided social media consultancy to people working in small  businesses, secondary schools, colleges and universities, libraries and museums in the UK. Bryony has a Masters degree in Lifelong Learning and is committed to helping people to harness the power of technology for their own and their organisation’s development. Bryony works at Reach Further to manage client projects, provide a consistent contact point for clients, contribute to instructional design of courses, deliver learning (online and offline) and provide social media management services alongside the rest of the team.
