Introduction to Podcasting
Simple fast solutions to get the word to the world.
With the rising popularity of podcasting, more and more businesses are turning to the technology to communicate with customers and potential customers. Podcasting – or downloadable audio - is a great way to get a message out, build your brand and reputation, and reach a wider audience than with traditional text-based marketing methods.
A podcast can be defined as “a digital recording of a radio broadcast or similar program, made available on the Internet for downloading to a personal audio player, but the generally accepted definition has expanded to include video as well as audio” according to the New Oxford American Dictionary.
Our seminar will look at what makes a great business podcast, how to produce one without needing to be a sound engineer, and how to promote your podcast to reach as many
people as possible.
