Our Team

 Liz Cable is a strategic elearning consultant and learning  technologist, helping clients articulate and deliver practical  strategies for adopting and embedding technology in working  and learning practices. She has designed and managed IT  strategy & training, elearning and professional online  communities for a variety of major companies, specialist  schools and colleges. She has provided consultancy to UK  police forces (one of her elearning programmes was mentioned in reply to a question in Parliament). She is a Fellow of the Institute of IT Training, and a member of the Institute of Directors. Liz is an inspirational and knowledgeable social media trainer and consultant and is in demand for speaking engagements and workshops.

150Luke Beaumont  is a blogger, graphic design and digital media enthusiast. Currently a student at Leeds College of Art and Design, studying for a BA Design for Digital Media, he is interested in becoming a viral video creator.

Lucy Goetz is our social media officer. She manages and produces content to maintain our social media presence. This involves managing the company's LinkedIn profiles, connecting with new members and maintaining customer contact. She manages the LinkedIn groups owned by Reach Further including the Reach Further group, the Leeds Ladies group, the Bradford Ladies group and the Noded group. This involves creating relevant content for group discussions, managing group membership requests, moderating content and engaging with members. As a journalism graduate from Leeds Trinity & All Saints, blogging is a major part of her role. This includes contributing and managing our website blog and blogging for clients. She also produces content for client websites, which involves managing new events and news content. Lucy manages our customer realtionship management system and is involved in marketing our courses, whilst also conducting various forms of research.

 Bryony is a social media enthusiast, learning specialist and  blogger. She has over 10 years’ experience working in the  lifelong learning sector in government policy for post-16  education, workforce development and training. In the last  five years she has developed a special interest in the use of  technology for learning and in particular the power of social  media for learning and development. She has experience of  introducing social media to large organisations and the  importance of developing policy alongside practice to facilitate  its adoption. She is a popular speaker and trainer and has  provided social media consultancy to people working in small  businesses, secondary schools, colleges and universities, libraries and museums in the UK. Bryony has a Masters degree in Lifelong Learning and is committed to helping people to harness the power of technology for their own and their organisation’s development. Bryony works at Reach Further to manage client projects, provide a consistent contact point for clients, contribute to instructional design of courses, deliver learning (online and offline) and provide social media management services alongside the rest of the team.
