The Reach Further facilities including the community forums and groups are provided by Reach Further to you subject to the terms of this agreement ("Agreement"), and the rules that may be published from time to time by Reach Further. Reach Further reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time and for any  reason.
 
The Reach Further website and community currently is provided as a service to individuals and members of participating organisations, institutions and companies, who agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Reading a message posted to the Community and posting a message to the Community or creating or editing content of any kind on this website will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these
terms, please do not read or post messages or content.
 
COMMUNITY RULES:
 
You are entirely liable for all activities conducted by you or by others
authorised by you or otherwise on your behalf.
 
A good rule of thumb is to respect everyone else who creates content or
posts messages. Do not post or say anything that you would not say to
someone's face. Do not make personal attacks.

Reach Further considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or
otherwise objectionable;
 
3.To impersonate on the Website and community any person;
 
4.To disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in the Groups or Community
forums or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other
participants;
 
5.To post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional
materials, or any other forms of solicitation, except in any areas that
are designated for such a purpose and with prior agreement of the
community administrators; and
 
6.To intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local,
regional, national or international law, including but not limited to
any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the
Website and community or in connection with your use of the Website and
community in any manner.
 
7.Any posting which violates these Standards will be removed and Reach
Further reserves the right to close accounts of any persistent violators
of these Standards.
 
8. You may not, in the course of business, post any message or content
on this Website and community which amounts to investment advice or
arranging a deal in an investment unless authorised to do so. There are
serious penalties for conducting or attempting to conduct unauthorised
investment advice on the internet.
 
9. It is your responsibility to ensure that any content that you post in
this Website and community does not infringe the provisions of the
Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and any law or regulation which
supplements or replaces that Act. Reach Further will assist any relevant
regulatory authorities
in the investigation of any unauthorised postings and reserves the right
to inform such authority of the identity of the person posting the message.
 
Our members must also respect the spirit and tone of our community.
Breaking these terms and conditions which includes failing to respect
the spirit and tone of the community or postings/ emails which demand a
disproportionate amount of time and moderation by the Editors may result
in your account being suspended or, in extreme cases, banned. The length
of suspension will be at the discretion of our Editors and can be permanent.
If your account is suspended or banned, you will be prevented from posting
on our forums, creating content or registering new accounts with us.

or usefulness of any Content. Reach Further shall not be responsible for
any Content.

without needing further permission from you. Reach Further does not
however guarantee the publication of any Content. Much of the content on
the Website and community is subject to pre-screening and editing for
suitability and messages in the forums are regularly moderated.
 
Reach Further shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to
remove Content which is deemed in Reach Further's sole discretion
harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any
rules Reach Further has in place at the time. Reach Further will at its
own discretion monitor some, all or no areas of the Website and
community for adherence to this Agreement or Reach Further rules.
 
The views expressed in the Website and community, and particularly in
the community forums are personal to the member and/or host and are in
no way representative of the views of Reach Further or Reach Further or
Flexworks-UK and are not to be taken to be endorsed by Reach Further or
its owners in any way.
 
WITHDRAWAL OF ACCOUNT:
 
Reach Further reserves the right to prohibit those who breach the Terms
and Conditions and to terminate any accounts the user might have. If
your account has been withdrawn as a result of your breach of these
terms and conditions, you may not open another account with Reach
Further and we reserve the right to terminate any such account.
 
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
 
You expressly agree that use of the Website and community is at your own
risk. Reach Further shall not be responsible to you for any content
found on the Website and community. Reach Further expressly disclaims
all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but
not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Reach Further makes no warranty that the Website and community will meet
your requirements, or that the Website and community will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does Reach Further
make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of
the Website and community or as to the accuracy or reliability of any
information obtained through the content, forum or groups.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from
the Website and community shall create any warranty not expressly made
herein. You understand and agree that any Content downloaded or
otherwise obtained through the use of the Website and community is done
at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible
for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results in

shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or other damages resulting from the use or inability to
use the Website and community or for the cost of procurement of

through the Website and community or resulting from unauthorised access
to or alteration of profits, use, data, or other intangible properties
whether based on breach of contract or warranty, tort (including
negligence but not where resulting in death or personal injury), product
liability or otherwise, even if Reach Further has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
 
MINORS:
 
In cases where the use of the Website and community by another
individual, including a minor, is authorised by you or conducted
otherwise on your behalf, you recognise that you are fully responsible
for it: (i). The online conduct of such user; (ii). Controlling the
access to and use of the Website and community by such user; (iii). The
consequences of any misuse by such user.
 
MISCELLANEOUS:
 
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
English law, excluding any conflict of law provisions, and you agree to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for any cause
or action arising out of this Agreement and any claims or allegations
arising out of or connected with any message posted or read on the
Website and community. In the event that any portion of this Agreement
is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
 
WHAT TO DO:
 
If you witness anything on the Website and community that violates this
Agreement or the Website and community rules then please email the
offending person's identification and cut and paste the relevant content
into the Contact Us Form.
 
Reach Further cannot guarantee that any action will be taken as a result
of your email. Please refer to this Agreement from time to time for any
updates Reach Further may make to this Agreement and to the Website and
community rules.
